The crewing market in Odessa is one of the largest in Eastern Europe. Thousands of seafarers annually seek contracts through crewing agencies. Competition among agencies is high, and trust is the key factor: a seafarer entrusts their career and safety to the agency.
New Wave operates in three countries: Ukraine, Romania, and Moldova, expanding the candidate pool and allowing for faster vacancy fulfillment. The company uses multiple brands and channels for different audience segments.
