Brochure Website Development: A Page for Every Service

From $2,500, live in 12–21 business days. The price covers design, a structure with a page per service, copy, the admin panel and training for your team.

How many services do you have?Price my site
We reply within one business day, in writing. If what you need is a landing page or a catalog website rather than a brochure site, we will say so before you sign anything.

You do not need a cart and you do not need a catalog of five hundred items. You need one thing: a visitor who understands within thirty seconds what you do and whether you can be trusted.

Meanwhile one agency shows you a template for $500 and another quotes $6,000 with no explanation of where the figure comes from. Below we set out what the figure is made of, how long each stage takes and what we will need from you.

Who it is for
brochure website

"Build us a small company website" is said both by firms with one service and by firms with fifty products in a warehouse. We could sell the same thing to both. Only the first group would be satisfied; the second would come back in two months asking why there is no cart.

A brochure website is the right call if

  • You sell services rather than products, and the final action is an inquiry or a call, not a payment on the site.
  • You have between three and fifteen services or business lines, and each deserves its own page rather than a line in a list.
  • The main job of the site is trust. People search your company name before they call, and what they find has to be more convincing than an Instagram profile.
  • You plan to run ads for specific services and want each one to have its own landing page instead of a single shared "Services" page.
  • Someone on your team will update the site: a new service, a new testimonial, a news item — without calling a developer.

A brochure website is the wrong call if

  • You have one offer and the job is to test demand or collect inquiries from one campaign. You need a landing page: from $800 and 10–15 business days instead of $2,500 and three weeks. More about landing pages →
  • You have more than fifty products and the buyer chooses by specification. You need a catalog website: from $3,300, with filters, faceted search and product pages. More about catalog websites →
  • You take payment on the site and ship goods. That is an online store — WooCommerce or OpenCart depending on the range — not a brochure site: different logic, different price. More about online stores →
  • You have fifteen or more services, several business lines, branches, dealers and documents to download. Those pages start competing with each other in search. That is a corporate website. More about corporate websites →

If neither of the two describes you — write to us and we will go through your case before quoting anything.

What you get at launch

All of it stays with you after acceptance: the domain, the hosting, the admin panel, the design files and the copy are registered in your name and work without us. Whether you keep working with us is your call.

  • A website on your domain and your hosting. The access is yours from day one.
  • An admin panel where you add a news item or change copy and images yourself — without a developer call.
  • A dedicated page for every service: what is included, what it costs, the questions clients ask, and an inquiry form for that service specifically.
  • About, Team and Contact pages with a map and a form — what people look for before they pick up the phone.
  • A testimonials and case studies section, if you have the material. If you do not, we leave the space so you can add it later yourself.
  • A mobile version tested by hand: open, find the right service, tap "Send inquiry".
  • Design files in Figma. They are yours, and any other agency can pick them up.
  • Training for your team, and a recording of that training. The recording helps whenever someone new joins the team.
  • A 30-day warranty after acceptance.

Every page is a landing page of its own

A typical brochure site has one Services page with a list of seven items. Google cannot tell which query to show it for, so it shows it for none. And when you want to advertise one specific service two months later, there is nowhere to send the traffic, because that service has no page of its own — which is when companies go to a second contractor and pay again.

We are a marketing agency, and we are the ones who will run the traffic to this site afterwards. So every service is designed as its own page: its own headline, its own copy for a specific query group, its own answers and its own form. A year from now, when you want to advertise one service, the page already exists and you are not paying for it twice.

Working with us from the US, the UK or the EU

  • Who owns the code. You do. On acceptance, all rights to the code, the design files and the administrator access transfer to you. There is no license fee, no hosting lock-in and no component you keep paying us for. The only case where we keep access is when you stay with us for ongoing support and want us to run the site. The domain and the hosting are paid for by you and registered in your name, so they are yours from day one. We build on standard WordPress, which means any agency can pick the project up after us.
  • NDA and confidentiality. We sign an NDA before you send us anything sensitive — send us yours or use ours. On a brochure site that usually covers your service pricing and your client list, both of which come up in the first brief. Product data, price lists and customer records stay inside the project.
  • Time zones. We work from Lviv, one hour ahead of Berlin, Vienna and Zurich, two hours ahead of London and seven hours ahead of New York. For European clients that is the same working day. For US clients our afternoon is your morning, so we can usually answer the same day. We reply by email within one business day and meet on Google Meet or Zoom. Project communication is in English, in writing, with one point of contact on our side.
  • Contract, payment and law. Half the amount at the start, half after the work is delivered and accepted. The price and the scope are fixed in the contract and do not change after that. We invoice in US dollars.

AI-generated content for a website: where it is worth it and where it is not

A brochure website is five to ten pages, and every service needs its own copy. A copywriter writes them over weeks; a model drafts every page in a few hours and our editor brings it up to standard. If you have ten services and each needs a page, the difference in budget is substantial.

Before you choose this option, there are two things worth knowing.

The EU AI Act

Since 2 August 2026 the transparency rules of the EU AI Act have been in force. Certain categories of generated content — among them material on matters of public interest and content that imitates real people — must be labeled as machine-generated. Penalties reach €15 million or 3% of a company’s worldwide annual turnover.

Ukraine is drafting its own AI law and aligning it with the European one, so this is not a requirement we expect to go away.

What we do about it

If you choose AI-assisted content, the disclosure goes in at build time — so you are not rebuilding the site a year from now to meet a rule that already exists today. Our editor checks the quality: a model does not know your market and invents facts with confidence, so a person verifies every figure and every claim.

That is why we generate the utility pages — terms, delivery, answers to questions — and recommend that people write the page about the company and the service descriptions. A brochure website sells trust, and those are the pages where the reader decides whether to deal with you.

What the price is made of, and what a Ukrainian agency costs per hour

We estimate the work in hours, agree the scope with you, and then put one number in the contract.

SpecialistRateHours per pageTotal
Designer$19/hr8$152
Developer$24/hr8$192
Copywriter$14/hr6$84
SEO specialist$24/hr2$48
Total per page$476

One page of a brochure website is the work of four people: the developer builds it and connects the forms, the designer draws the page for your brand, the copywriter writes the copy for the service, the SEO specialist prepares the metadata and the heading structure. The hours for each are in the table on the left.

Pricing it this way gives you something to compare with. Take any other proposal you receive and ask two questions: how many hours are budgeted for your pages, and who exactly is going to work those hours.

Then we multiply the cost of a page by the number of unique templates: home, service page, About us, Contacts. Plus what is not counted in pages — the visual system, the admin panel, training for your team and a check of every form before launch. That is how $476 per page adds up to “from $2,500” for the site.

What pushes the price up

Every item below is additional hours multiplied by a rate.

Number of pages and services

Up to 5 pages is the base package. Every additional service that gets its own page is another template: the designer, the copywriter and the developer each go through it again. Ten pages therefore cost less than twice what five cost — part of the work, such as the admin panel, the styles and the forms, is already done on the first pages.

Number of languages

A second language is not a toggle. It is another pass by the copywriter across every page plus a layout check: Polish and German words are longer, and buttons and menus move. The cost depends on the type of site — translating a landing page and translating a 40-page corporate site are different jobs — so we price it per type.

Custom design versus a proven grid

Essential runs on a proven grid, which is faster and cheaper. Standard and Advanced are designed around your brand: more designer hours, and a site that does not look like the one next door.

Non-standard features

A booking form with a calendar, a service pricing calculator, a CRM integration so inquiries land directly in your system. We quote these separately and show the hours before we start.

Whether your content is ready

The most common reason a timeline stretches. If the service descriptions and the team photography exist, we take them and work. If they do not, that is a separate job, and it has to start in parallel with the design rather than after it — otherwise the site is finished and there is nothing to say on it.

How long the build takes and what we need from you

12–21 business days. Below is what that consists of and where it usually slips: most often when nobody on your side has looked at the design or sent the service descriptions.

01.Brief and structure1–3 business dayswe go through your services and your competitors and build the page structure.the list of services, two or three sites you like, and one person who makes decisions.
02.Wireframes2–3 business dayswe lay out the pages — what sits where, how a visitor reaches the inquiry form.one hour-long call and feedback within 2 business days.
03.Design3–5 business dayshome page, service pages, About, Contact — in your brand style.vector logo, brand colors, photography of the team or the office. One round of revisions is inside the timeline.
04.Build and development4–6 business dayswe build the site and connect the forms and the admin panel.nothing. This part is ours.
05.Content and testing1–2 business dayswe load the copy and the images and check every link and every form by hand.finished service copy, if you are writing it. If we are writing it, then the raw material: what the service includes, what it costs, why you.
06.Launch and training1–2 business dayswe move the site to the live domain, train your team and hand over the access.the domain and the hosting.
Every day we wait on your answer is a day added to the timeline. Build it into your plan so the launch date does not come as a surprise.

What we build on, and why

By default, WordPress. It is well suited to promotion: basic SEO, speed, a page structure built around search queries — all of it is routine on this platform. For a brochure site, where every service gets its own page for its own query group, that is the deciding reason.

Two further advantages follow, and they matter less but are worth stating. You are not tied to us: this is the most widely used platform in the world, and if you want a different agency tomorrow, you will find one in a day. A site on a proprietary system ties you to one developer. And the admin panel makes sense to someone without a technical background: adding a news item or editing a service description works like writing a social post.

WordPress is the fast, budget-sensible start. For a site that sells trust and collects inquiries, it is enough. Once a cart, payments and a serious product range enter the picture, that is a different type of site on a different platform.

When WordPress is the wrong choice

  • You need to take payment on the site. That conversation is about an online store, which we build on WooCommerce or OpenCart depending on the range and the budget.
  • You need a client portal with logins and a history of requests. Then we look at a custom platform.
  • Complex booking or pricing logic: multi-step reservations, terms negotiated per client. That also calls for a platform.
We say this at the first meeting, not on day fifteen when half the budget is gone.

What you will need after launch

A website at launch shows who you are. What follows is work we also do, quoted separately. We list it now so you can budget for it from the start.

Analytics.
Google Analytics 4 with a goal on each form separately, so you can see which service produces inquiries and which only produces traffic. Quoted separately.
Ad account connection.
Meta pixel, Google Ads tag, UTM tagging — so your campaigns count inquiries rather than clicks. Also quoted separately.
Copy and photography.
A description for every service, images of the team and the office. Yours or ours.
Domain and hosting.
Paid for by the client, for every type of website. Registered in your name, so you stay the owner; we can select, buy and configure them.
Promotion.
SEO and paid search, to put people in front of the site. Same team that built it: the structure is already theirs, so nobody spends a month learning it.
Support.
Updates, backups, security. From $70 a month for basic support up to $500 for full coverage.
Changes after acceptance.
A new service, a new section, design changes. Billed in hours at the same rates.

The terms we work on

  • The contract. It sets out the scope of work, the price and the timeline. Anything not in the contract is quoted separately and shown to you before we start.
  • Payment in two stages: 50% at the start, 50% after the work is delivered and accepted.
  • A 30-day warranty after acceptance. We fix anything that was agreed in the contract and does not work correctly, free of charge. Reworking a section or changing a design you have already approved is new work and is quoted separately.
  • A 30-day warranty from acceptance. Anything agreed in the contract that does not work correctly, we fix at no cost. Rebuilding a section or changing a design you already approved is new work and is billed separately.
  • Response time to a warranty request: we reply within one business day.
  • The access is yours. The hosting, the domain, the admin panel and the analytics are all registered in your name and handed over on acceptance.
  • The rights to the code and the administrator access transfer to you on acceptance. We keep them in one case only — if you stay with us for support and want us to run the site.
  • 13 years in business, more than 160 projects delivered.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the code once the project is delivered?

You do. On acceptance, the rights to the code, the design files and the administrator access transfer to you, along with the domain and the hosting, which are in your name from the start. There is no license fee and no proprietary CMS. We keep access in one case only: if you stay with us for ongoing support and want us to run the site.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you send us anything sensitive. Send us your template or use ours.

What is your time zone overlap with our team?

We are in Lviv: one hour ahead of Berlin, two ahead of London, seven ahead of New York. European clients get the same working day. US East Coast clients get our afternoon as your morning. Everything is written down in English and confirmed by email, so the overlap matters less than it would with a phone-first vendor.

How much does a brochure website cost?

From $2,500, and up to $4,200 for the largest package. Each package has its own fixed price and scope, listed above. We estimate in hours at $14 to $24 an hour depending on the role — $476 for one page — agree the scope, and the number goes into the contract before the work starts.

How is a brochure website different from a landing page?

By the number of pages and by the job. A landing page is one page for one offer, from $800. A brochure website is several pages for several services, and each one works for both search and paid traffic. If you have one offer, take the landing page: cheaper and faster.

How is it different from a catalog website or an online store?

A brochure website sells trust and produces an inquiry. A catalog and a store show a product range and sell products — with filters and product pages, and the store (on WooCommerce or OpenCart depending on the range) adds a cart and payments. If you have products rather than services, that is where to go.

Can we start with a smaller package and add pages later?

Yes. Clients often take Essential and order another three or four pages six months later for new services. Billed at the same rates, roughly $476 per page depending on complexity.

We have no copy and no photography. What then?

That is the normal starting point. Our copywriter writes and a photographer shoots the team and the office — both quoted separately from the build. What we need from you is the raw material: what the service is, who it is for, why you.

Will the site rank in Google?

The technical foundation will be there: speed, mobile, correct headings, a sitemap. Service pages are written for search queries as a matter of course. But positions themselves are months of separate work — that is promotion, not development. Anyone promising rankings together with a website is selling a promise.

What happens when you deliver the site and leave?

We do not leave, and we do not hold on to you either. The 30-day warranty is included. After that: support from $70 a month, changes billed in hours, or running it yourself — all the access and all the design files are already yours, and WordPress contractors are easy to find.
