Corporate Website Development: A Section for Every Division

From $3,700, live in 12–21 business days. The price covers design, a section for every division of your company, a documents area, careers, the admin panel and training for your team.

How many business lines do you have?Price my site
We reply within one business day, in writing. If a brochure website covers your case, we will say so before you sign anything.

You do not have one product but several business lines — and every agency quoted you a figure “by complexity” without explaining what it is made of.

Below we set out what the figure is made of, how long each stage takes and what we will need from you.

When a corporate website is the right choice

A request for a corporate website is often really about a brochure site or a catalog. Built where it is not needed, a corporate site means paying for 25 pages that most visitors never open. Below is who this type suits and who it does not.

A corporate website is the right call if

  • You have several divisions, and each has its own audience: manufacturing, distribution, franchising — each reads a different text.
  • Clients check you before signing a contract or issuing a purchase order. They need registration details, certifications and licenses on a dedicated page.
  • You have several offices, branches or representative offices, each with its own address and contacts on the site.
  • You hire regularly and want a careers section rather than a post in a channel once a month.
  • You have dealers or partners who need their own terms and their own section.

A corporate website is the wrong call if

  • You have one division and up to 10 services. You need a brochure website — from $2,500 instead of $3,700, and faster. More about brochure websites →
  • You have one product and the job is to collect inquiries from ads. You need a landing page: from $800 instead of $3,700, and two weeks instead of a month. More about landing pages →
  • You need to sell online with a cart and payments. Then it is an online store — WooCommerce or OpenCart depending on the range — or a catalog website, where the structure is built for exactly that. More about online stores → · More about catalog websites →
  • Dealers or clients need a portal with their own pricing and calculations. That is a custom platform, from $12,000.

If none of these describes you, write to us and we will go through your case before quoting anything.

What you get at launch

All of it stays with you after acceptance: the domain, the hosting, the admin panel, the design files and the documents are registered in your name and work without us. Whether you keep working with us is your call.

  • A working website on your domain and your hosting. The access is yours from day one.
  • An admin panel where each department adds its own news, vacancies or documents. No developer call needed.
  • A section structure built around your divisions — sales separately, manufacturing separately, dealer terms separately.
  • A Documents area: licenses, certifications, registration details — everything a client looks for before signing with you.
  • A careers section with an application form and CV upload.
  • A blog or news section your team runs without a developer.
  • Separate forms per department: a sales inquiry goes to one group, a CV to another. Nobody forwards email by hand.
  • A mobile version tested by hand: find the section, send the inquiry.
  • Design files in Figma. They are yours, and any other agency can pick them up.
  • Training for your team, and a recording of that training. The recording helps whenever a new HR manager joins.
  • A 30-day warranty after acceptance.

Every division gets a landing page of its own

The usual story: an agency builds a site where every division is piled onto one About page. Then you hire an SEO specialist, who points out that the people searching here have different intents and there is one page for all of them.

We are a marketing agency, and we are the ones who will run the traffic to this site afterwards. So every division gets its own page: its own headline, its own proof, its own form. Someone searching for a furniture hardware supplier, someone searching for a warehouse job and someone searching for dealer terms are three different intents, and one About page answers none of them. When you advertise a specific division a month from now, there is somewhere to send the traffic.

Corporate website or brochure website? We will tell you in 15 minutes

Leave your email and we will reply within one business day: we will go through your business lines and tell you which type of site you actually need and what it costs.

No obligation. We do not share your data.

Working with us from the US, the UK or the EU

  • Who owns the code. You do. On acceptance, all rights to the code, the design files and the administrator access transfer to you. There is no license fee, no hosting lock-in and no component you keep paying us for. The only case where we keep access is when you stay with us for ongoing support and want us to run the site. The domain and the hosting are paid for by you and registered in your name, so they are yours from day one. We build on standard WordPress, which means any agency can pick the project up after us.
  • NDA and confidentiality. We sign an NDA before you send us anything sensitive — send us yours or use ours. On a corporate site this comes up immediately: dealer terms, internal documents and candidate data all pass through the project. Product data, price lists and customer records stay inside the project.
  • Time zones. We work from Lviv, one hour ahead of Berlin, Vienna and Zurich, two hours ahead of London and seven hours ahead of New York. For European clients that is the same working day. For US clients our afternoon is your morning, so we can usually answer the same day. We reply by email within one business day and meet on Google Meet or Zoom. Project communication is in English, in writing, with one point of contact on our side.
  • Contract, payment and law. Half the amount at the start, half after the work is delivered and accepted. The price and the scope are fixed in the contract and do not change after that. We invoice in US dollars.

AI-generated content for a corporate website: where it is worth it and where it is not

A corporate website is twenty to forty pages: business lines, documents, vacancies, news. A copywriter writes this over weeks; a model drafts every section in a few hours and our editor brings it up to standard. When you have six business lines and each needs its own page, the difference in budget is substantial.

Before you choose this option, there are two things worth knowing.

The EU AI Act

Since 2 August 2026 the transparency rules of the EU AI Act have been in force. Certain categories of generated content — among them material on matters of public interest and content that imitates real people — must be labeled as machine-generated. Penalties reach €15 million or 3% of a company’s worldwide annual turnover.

Ukraine is drafting its own AI law and aligning it with the European one, so this is not a requirement we expect to go away.

What we do about it

If you choose AI-assisted content, the disclosure goes in at build time — so you are not rebuilding the site a year from now to meet a rule that already exists today. Our editor checks the quality: a model does not know your market and invents facts with confidence, and on a corporate website that is especially dangerous — an invented certificate or company detail is read by a partner before signing a contract.

That is why we generate vacancy descriptions, news and utility pages, and recommend that people write the pages for your business lines and the About the company page. Those are the pages you are found by in search, and the pages where a client decides whether to deal with you.

What the price is made of, and what a Ukrainian agency costs per hour

The range is $3,700 to $8,000. Below is how it is built and which three packages sit inside it.

SpecialistRateHours per pageTotal
Designer$19/hr8$152
Developer$24/hr8$192
Copywriter$14/hr6$84
SEO specialist$24/hr2$48
Total per page$476

We estimate the work in hours, agree the scope with you, and then put one number in the contract.

One page of a corporate website is $476 of work by four people. Multiply that by the number of unique templates — home page, division page, documents page, vacancy page, news item, contacts — and add the part that is not counted in pages: the section structure across several divisions, the per-department forms, and testing that an application from the careers form does not land in the sales inbox.

Pricing it this way gives you something to compare with. Take any other proposal you receive and ask two questions: how many hours are budgeted for your pages, and who exactly is going to work those hours. The difference between two quotes is usually explained there.

What pushes the price up

Every item below is additional hours multiplied by a rate.

Number of divisions and sections

Up to 3 divisions is the base package. From 4 to 6, navigation becomes a piece of work in its own right: a visitor has to reach their section in two clicks rather than scroll a menu of twenty items. More than 10 divisions, branches or legal entities is a conversation about a taxonomy of sections, not about pages.

Number of languages

A second language is not a toggle. The copywriter goes through the documents, careers and news sections again, and the front-end developer checks that buttons hold: German and Polish words are longer. The cost depends on the type of site — translating a landing page and translating a 40-page corporate site are different jobs. We price it together with your package.

CRM integration

A form that lands directly in your CRM tagged by division and department is a separate job. Without it, inquiries go to an inbox and somebody distributes them by hand. CRM integration starts at $300, depending on the system and on the data that has to move.

Non-standard sections

A dealer portal with individual pricing, a job application form with a test task, a certifications library updated monthly. We quote these separately and show the hours before we start.

Whether your content is ready

The most common reason a timeline stretches. If you have brochures, presentations or an old version of the site, we take them and rewrite. If there is nothing, the copywriter starts from scratch — a separate job that should run in parallel with the design rather than after it.

How long the build takes and what we need from you

12–21 business days. Below is what that consists of and where the delay usually appears: most often where documents or team photography are waiting on your side.

01.Brief and structure2–3 business dayswe go through your divisions and your competitors and build the section structure.the list of divisions or departments, two or three sites you like, and one person who makes decisions.

04.Build and development3–6 business dayswe build the site, the per-department forms, the news and careers sections and the admin panel.the inbox addresses or CRM access for each form — where inquiries land.
05.Content and testing1–2 business dayswe place the copy across the sections, upload documents and certifications, and walk every form by hand.copy and documents if they are ready, or the raw material for our copywriter, plus photography of the team or the offices.

Every day we wait on your answer is a day added to the timeline. Build it into your plan so the launch date does not come as a surprise.

A corporate website we built

The 3,360 conversions for Genesis ID Group come from the advertising we ran to that site, not from the build itself. Two more multi-division sites are in our portfolio: one for a law firm with a page per area of practice, one for a POS hardware distributor. We can walk you through either on a call.

Genesis ID GroupCorporate
warehouse, logistics and manufacturing automationtwo websites · 3,360 conversions

The same approach — one team building the site and then running traffic to it — shows in two online stores we built and advertised: more than 40,000 conversions on one and 4,400 on the other. They are stores, not corporate sites, so we cite them as examples of the approach rather than of this type.

Everyone asks whether we have worked in their industry. Ask on the call — we will show you projects close to yours, or tell you there were none.

What we build on, and why

By default we work on WordPress. It is well suited to promotion: basic SEO, speed, a page structure built around search queries — all of it is routine here, and every division of the company gets its own page for its own query group.

Two further reasons follow. You are not tied to us: this is the most widely used platform in the world, and if you want a different agency tomorrow, you will find one in a day. A site on a proprietary system ties you to one developer. And the admin panel makes sense to someone without a technical background: an HR manager posts a vacancy the way they would write a post.

WordPress is the fast, budget-sensible start, and it fits what a corporate site has to do — sections, documents, careers. The building blocks already exist: forms that post into a CRM, multilingual plugins, document libraries. There is no reason to build from scratch what already runs on thousands of sites.

When WordPress is the wrong choice

  • Dealers or clients need a portal with their own pricing and calculations.
  • Documents go through multi-step internal approval before they appear on the site.
  • You need complex logic per branch or per country: its own currency, its own document library, its own terms.
  • Your primary channel is a mobile app rather than a website.
We tell you this at the first meeting, before any work starts. We also work with Bitrix when approval logic has to be more complex — and the platform is chosen before the contract is signed.

What you will need after launch

A corporate website at launch is a structure of sections that still need content. What follows is work we also do, quoted separately. We list it now so you can budget for it from the start.

Analytics.
Google Analytics 4 with events on each form separately, so you can see which division brings inquiries and which is only read. Quoted separately.
Ad account connection.
Meta pixel, Google Ads tag, UTM tagging — so your campaigns count inquiries rather than clicks. Also quoted separately.
Content and photography.
Copy for the divisions, images of the team and the offices, files for the Documents area. Yours or ours.
Domain and hosting.
Paid for by the client, for every type of website. Registered in your name, so you stay the owner; we can select, buy and configure them.
Translation.
If you add a second language later, it is quoted separately from the base build.
Promotion.
SEO and paid search for specific divisions. Same team that built the site: the structure is already theirs, so nobody spends a month learning it.
Running the blog or news section.
The section exists from day one; writing in it regularly is a separate job if you do not have someone for it.
Support.
Updates, backups, security. From $70 a month for basic support up to $500 for full coverage.
Changes after acceptance.
A new division, a new branch, structural changes. Billed in hours at the same rates.

The terms we work on

  • The contract. It sets out the scope of work, the price and the timeline. Anything not in the contract is quoted separately and shown to you before we start.
  • Payment: 50% at the start, 50% after the work is delivered.
  • A 30-day warranty after acceptance. We fix anything that was agreed in the contract and does not work correctly, free of charge. Reworking a section or changing a design you have already approved is new work and is quoted separately.
  • A 30-day warranty from acceptance. Anything agreed in the contract that does not work correctly, we fix at no cost. Rebuilding a section or changing a design you already approved is new work and is billed separately.
  • Response time to a warranty request: we reply within one business day.
  • The access is yours. The hosting, the domain, the admin panel and the analytics are all registered in your name and handed over on acceptance.
  • The rights to the code and the administrator access transfer to you on acceptance. We keep them in one case only — if you stay with us for support and want us to run the site.
  • 13 years in business, more than 160 projects delivered.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the code once the project is delivered?

You do. On acceptance, the rights to the code, the design files and the administrator access transfer to you, along with the domain and the hosting, which are in your name from the start. There is no license fee and no proprietary CMS. We keep access in one case only: if you stay with us for ongoing support and want us to run the site.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you send us anything sensitive. Send us your template or use ours. On a corporate site this comes up immediately, because dealer terms and internal documents are part of the first brief.

The careers section stores CVs. How does that work under GDPR?

The application form and the CV storage are configured so that candidate data stays in your infrastructure, with access limited to the people you name. The retention period and the consent wording are set with your side before launch.

What is your time zone overlap with our team?

We are in Lviv: one hour ahead of Berlin, two ahead of London, seven ahead of New York. European clients get the same working day. US East Coast clients get our afternoon as your morning. Everything is written down in English and confirmed by email, so the overlap matters less than it would with a phone-first vendor.

How much does a corporate website cost?

From $3,700, and up to $8,000 for the largest package. Each package has its own fixed price and scope, listed above. We estimate in hours at $14 to $24 an hour depending on the role — $476 for one page — agree the scope, and the number goes into the contract before the work starts.

How is a corporate website different from a brochure website?

By the number of divisions and by what a client looks for before a deal. A brochure site says who you are and what you do, and it holds up to about ten services in one division. A corporate site adds a structure for several divisions, a documents area, a careers section and separate forms per department. With one division, that is not worth paying for.

Can the site be multilingual?

Yes. A second language is a separate job: the copywriter goes through every section again and the front-end developer checks that the design holds longer words. You can build it in from the start or add it later.

Who updates the news and the vacancies after launch?

You do by default — that is what the admin panel is for. We create a test news item and a test vacancy, show how it works and record the training. If there is nobody to run the section regularly, we can take it on as a separate service.

A new division appeared a year later. What then?

We add the section as a separate piece of work: billed in hours at the same rates, with the amount shown before the start. The structure is designed from the beginning so that a new division does not break the existing ones — which is why we ask about your company's plans at the brief stage.

What happens when you deliver the site and leave?

We do not leave, and we do not hold on to you either. The 30-day warranty is included. After that: support from $70 a month, changes billed in hours, or running it yourself — all the access and all the design files are already yours, and WordPress contractors are easy to find.
