A landing page turns a click you already paid for into an inquiry. That makes it a different product from a website, and a page carrying three offers converts worse on each of them. Below is what the work costs, how the figure is built, how long it takes and what we need from you.
Most agencies answer the price question with “it depends”. This page sets out what the figure is made of, how long each stage takes and what we will need from you.
When a landing page works best
A request to “build me a landing page” is often about something else. One page wins one group of queries and serves one campaign. Put your whole range on it and you will win no query in Google, while your advertising gets more expensive, because the ad and the page speak in different words.
A landing page is the right call if
- You have one offer: a product, a service, a course, an event, a promotion. One action for the visitor — send an inquiry, buy, register.
- You run paid traffic, or plan to: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn. A landing page is built for exactly that.
- You need to test demand for a new idea quickly and cheaply before investing in a full website.
- The product is simple enough to explain in one scroll: what it is, what it costs, why you, how to order.
- The main action is an inquiry or a call, not a self-service purchase with a shopping cart.
A landing page is the wrong call if
- You have more than one offer or several business lines. One page cannot hold two messages without losing both. You need a brochure website from $2,500 or a catalog website from $3,300. More about brochure websites → · More about catalog websites →
- You are counting on free traffic from Google without ads. One page covers a narrow group of queries and leaves the rest of the market invisible to you. That calls for a multi-page site with a page per query group.
- You have more than ten products and the buyer compares them. Then you need a catalog website or an online store with filters — WooCommerce or OpenCart depending on the range. More about catalog websites → · More about online stores →
- You plan to publish a blog, news or new sections over time. A landing page is one page and is not built for that.
If none of these describes you, write to us and we will go through your case before quoting anything.
What you get at launch
All of it stays with you after acceptance: the domain, the hosting, the admin panel, the design files and the copy are registered in your name and work without us. Whether you keep working with us is your call.
- A working page on your domain and your hosting. The access is yours from day one.
- A design built around your product, not a marketplace template. Six to twelve sections, depending on how much has to be shown before someone clicks the button.
- Copy written for one action. Each section closes one objection: too expensive, what if it does not work, why you.
- An inquiry form connected wherever you need it: email, CRM, Telegram.
- A pre-launch check for paid traffic. Before handover we walk the page as the person coming from your ad will see it: whether the argument runs in the right order, whether the forms sit where they are needed, whether the page moves the visitor step by step toward the action, and how quickly the inquiry form can be found. We are a marketing agency, so we check whether a paid click gets lost on this page. Analytics setup and ad account connection are quoted separately “What you will need after launch”.
- A mobile version tested by hand: scroll, read, tap the button, with no pinch-zoom and no horizontal scrolling.
- A simple admin panel: change a price, an image or a line of copy yourself, without calling a developer.
- A 30-day warranty after acceptance.
Several offers means several landing pages, not one crowded page
The most common false economy is putting three offers on one landing page. The page starts talking about everything and convinces nobody: the person who came for one offer sees two others and loses the thread.
We are a marketing agency, and we are the ones who will run the traffic to this page afterwards, so we insist on one offer, one landing page, one campaign. Three offers means three pages, each priced at the same rates. That is what multi-landing means — each page picks up its own campaign and sells its own thing.
That is how we built Aurastely, Military Flagman, Car Nap and Bivitrans: our page, our advertising, with the numbers in the case block below. the section below.

Working with us from the US, the UK or the EU
- Who owns the code. You do. On acceptance, all rights to the code, the design files and the administrator access transfer to you. There is no license fee, no hosting lock-in and no component you keep paying us for. The only case where we keep access is when you stay with us for ongoing support and want us to run the site. The domain and the hosting are paid for by you and registered in your name, so they are yours from day one. We build on standard WordPress, which means any agency can pick the project up after us.
- NDA and confidentiality. We sign an NDA before you send us anything sensitive — send us yours or use ours. On a landing page project that usually covers your offer, your pricing and your campaign plan, which are the first things we ask about. Product data, price lists and customer records stay inside the project.
- Time zones. We work from Lviv, one hour ahead of Berlin, Vienna and Zurich, two hours ahead of London and seven hours ahead of New York. For European clients that is the same working day. For US clients our afternoon is your morning, so we can usually answer the same day. We reply by email within one business day and meet on Google Meet or Zoom. Project communication is in English, in writing, with one point of contact on our side.
- Contract, payment and law. Half the amount at the start, half after the work is delivered and accepted. The price and the scope are fixed in the contract and do not change after that. We invoice in US dollars.
What the price is made of, and what a Ukrainian agency costs per hour
We estimate the work in hours, agree the scope with you, and then put one number in the contract.
| Specialist | Rate | Hours per page | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Developer | $24/hr | 8 | $192 |
| Designer | $19/hr | 8 | $152 |
| Copywriter | $14/hr | 6 | $84 |
| SEO specialist | $24/hr | 2 | $48 |
| Total per page | $476 | ||
A landing page is one page, but a page that has to sell on its own, without a salesperson next to it. The developer builds it and connects the form. The designer draws 6–12 sections around your product. The copywriter writes the argument that closes objections one by one. The SEO specialist prepares the metadata, the heading structure and the target queries. The hours for each are in the table on the left.
That $476 is what a page costs once the project already has a visual system: colors, type, the look of buttons and forms, a built header and footer. On a multi-page site the second and the tenth page cost exactly that. A landing page is built from nothing, so it also includes the visual system itself — we show you two or three directions to choose from — plus the header, the footer, form testing on every device and the pre-launch check. That is where $800 comes from rather than $476 exactly.
Pricing it this way gives you something to compare with. Take any other proposal you receive and ask two questions: how many hours are budgeted for your page, and who exactly is going to work those hours.
The more sections you need, and the more work it takes to move someone to the button — a calculator, a multi-step form, alternative versions for an A/B test — the more hours are involved, and the price rises toward $2,500.

What pushes the price up
Every item below is additional hours multiplied by a rate.
Number of sections
Six sections is the minimum needed to explain a product and collect an inquiry. Every section after that is another piece of design and another piece of copy that has to prove something rather than fill screen space.
Number of languages
A second language is not a toggle. It is another pass by the copywriter across every section plus a layout check: English words are shorter, German and Polish ones longer, and buttons move. The cost depends on volume — translating a landing page and translating a 40-page corporate site are different jobs, so we price it per type of site.
Non-standard sections
A pricing calculator, a multi-step form, video, a slider that calculates shipping or installment terms. We quote these separately and show the hours before we start.
Whether your offer is ready
The most common reason a timeline stretches. If you know your price, understand your audience and have at least a few photos or screenshots, we start immediately. If the offer is still taking shape, it is best to settle it before design starts.
How long the build takes and what we need from you
10–15 business days. Below is what that consists of. Landing pages most often stall when nobody on your side has looked at the design or sent access to the ad account.
| 01. | Brief and structure1–2 business days | we go through the product, the competitors, and build the section structure and the core message. | answers to a few questions about the product, the price and the audience, and one person who makes decisions. |
|---|---|---|---|
| 02. | Wireframes and copy2–3 business days | we lay out the sections and write the first version of the copy. | feedback in one list within 1 business day. |
| 03. | Design3–4 business days | we design every section in your brand style. | sign-off on the design. One round of revisions is inside the timeline. |
| 04. | Build and integrations3–4 business days | we build the page, connect the form and walk the page before traffic starts. | access to Google Analytics and Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and the destination for inquiries — inbox, CRM or messenger. |
| 05. | Testing and launch1–2 business days | we test the form on every device and move the page to the live domain. | the domain and the hosting. |
A landing page we built and then ran traffic to
In this project we built the page first and then ran the search campaigns to it ourselves, so the numbers cover both the site and the advertising.
What we build on, and why
By default, WordPress with a block builder (Elementor). We match the platform to the job: brochure sites, catalogs and corporate sites also run on WordPress, online stores on WooCommerce or OpenCart depending on the range, and for a single page built for advertising, WordPress with Elementor is the right fit — fast to build, fast to edit, easy to connect to your ad accounts.
you do not depend on us. Want a different contractor tomorrow — you will find one in a day, because most developers know WordPress.
the admin panel is clear to someone without a technical background. Changing a line of copy or a photo in a section is like editing a document.
WordPress already has proven solutions for advertising — correct installation of the Facebook pixel, Google Ads tags, forms that send to a CRM or a messenger. There is no need to write from scratch what already works on thousands of landing pages.
When WordPress is the wrong choice
- You need load speed at the edge of what is physically possible, for traffic expensive enough that a tenth of a second has a price. Then static markup without a CMS.
- You plan dozens of landing pages a month, generated automatically per product or promotion. Then a templating system of your own, or a no-code platform such as Unbounce.
- You need a form with branching logic — a quiz with dozens of scenarios. We discuss that separately; it is closer to a small application than to a landing page.
What you will need after launch
A landing page at launch is a page that can receive inquiries. It does not produce traffic — it only receives the people you bring to it. What follows is work we also do, quoted separately. We list it now so you can budget for it from the start.
- Analytics.
- Google Analytics 4 with a goal on every button, so you can see how many people reached the form and which section they left on. Quoted separately.
- Ad account connection.
- Meta pixel, Google Ads tag, UTM tagging — so your campaigns count inquiries rather than clicks. Also quoted separately.
- The advertising itself.
- Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn — this needs its own media budget on top.
- Product photos and video,
- if you have none of your own.
- Domain and hosting.
- Paid for by the client, for every type of website. Registered in your name, so you stay the owner; we can select, buy and configure them.
- an A/B variant of the headline or the price,
- once you collect the first inquiries and see which section people stop at.
- Support.
- Updates, backups, security. From $70 a month.
- Changes after acceptance.
- A new section, a changed offer, a seasonal promotion. Billed in hours at the same rates.
The terms we work on
- The contract. It sets out the scope of work, the price and the timeline. Anything not in the contract is quoted separately and shown to you before we start.
- Payment in two stages: 50% at the start, 50% after the work is delivered and accepted.
- A 30-day warranty after acceptance. We fix anything that was agreed in the contract and does not work correctly, free of charge. Reworking a section or changing a design you have already approved is new work and is quoted separately.
- A 30-day warranty from acceptance. Anything agreed in the contract that does not work correctly, we fix at no cost. Rebuilding a section or changing a design you already approved is new work and is billed separately.
- Response time to a warranty request: we reply within one business day.
- The access is yours. The hosting, the domain, the analytics and the ad account are all registered in your name and handed over on acceptance.
- The rights to the code and the administrator access transfer to you on acceptance. We keep them in one case only — if you stay with us for support and want us to run the site.
- 13 years in business, more than 160 projects delivered.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns the code once the project is delivered?
You do. On acceptance, the rights to the code, the design files and the administrator access transfer to you, along with the domain and the hosting, which are in your name from the start. There is no license fee and no proprietary CMS. We keep access in one case only: if you stay with us for ongoing support and want us to run the site.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send us anything sensitive. Send us your template or use ours.
What is your time zone overlap with our team?
We are in Lviv: one hour ahead of Berlin, two ahead of London, seven ahead of New York. European clients get the same working day. US East Coast clients get our afternoon as your morning. Everything is written down in English and confirmed by email, so the overlap matters less than it would with a phone-first vendor.
How much does a landing page cost?
From $800, and up to $2,500 for the largest package. Each package has its own fixed price and scope, listed above. We estimate in hours at $14 to $24 an hour depending on the role, agree the scope, and the number goes into the contract before the work starts.
Why $800 when a freelancer quotes $150?
Because $150 usually buys a stock template with the logo swapped. For some jobs that is enough, and we will say so. Our figure covers a structure built around your product, copy that closes the objections your buyers actually raise, and a page that is ready for paid traffic on day one. If a template is all you need, we will tell you where to get one cheaper.
How long does it take?
10–15 business days depending on the package. The stage-by-stage breakdown is in the timeline block above. Most delays come from approvals on your side.
We need several landing pages for different products. Is that possible?
Yes, and it is the most common request. Each page is quoted separately at the same rates, so that every offer has its own page and its own campaign. That is what multi-landing means.
Will the landing page rank in Google?
The technical foundation will be there: speed, mobile, correct headings. But organic positions are months of separate work, and a landing page lives on paid traffic in most cases. If free search traffic is what you are after, you probably need a multi-page site rather than a landing page.
What happens when you deliver the page and leave?
We do not leave, and we do not hold on to you either. The 30-day warranty is included. After that: support from $70 a month, changes billed in hours, or running it yourself — all the access and all the design files are already yours.
