Creation of various types of campaigns (search, discovery, performance) for various directions (cars from the USA, electric cars from China, cars from Korea) both for broad requests and for individual models. We set up analytics systems and used advanced call tracking to obtain detailed data on the source of leads and their conversion. Constantly analyzed the indicators of the campaigns, measured the effectiveness and made adjustments to the advertising strategy.
A quality control department was introduced, which adhered to service standards and ensured quality processing of leads. We improved communication processes with potential clients, provided a quick response to requests and personalized service. We also conducted trainings for internal personnel to improve sales and customer communication skills.
Constantly monitored the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and the results of the sales department. Data on leads, conversions and expenses were analyzed to identify possible improvements and optimize the strategy.
We actively used data from analytics to distribute the advertising budget between different channels and campaigns. Funds were redistributed to maximize efficiency and get the maximum result for the spent budget.
